Well, summer reality is in full swing so I decided to start using this blog and hopefully people will enjoy my comments. I am currently watching The Glass House and just purchased the live feeds for Big Brother, but they don't start until Thursday after the first episode. I am watching the pre-season interviews and Ashley is already driving me crazy. I'll hopefully be blogging more regularly here in the future. BTW I'm back from Iraq so I'll be watching as much of the live feeds as possible.

What's in a name?
So, I am the biggest reality TV fan I know. Everything from Survivor to Tool Academy, Amazing Race to The Challenge and everything in between. My favorite, though, is Big Brother.
I have two other blogs, my first is mostly inactive, as is my second although I plan to update them, I guess I'm just not good at creating content that moves people to follow my blogs and comment on them.
I have been thinking about creating a reality TV blog for some time now and the other day I thought of the name, "Unreal Reality." The thought behind the name is that I understand that reality TV is modified reality, and I do think the producers have a greater effect on what happens on the show than we know, but I still love that it is real people living in the game full time. So, that is how the name came about.
So that you are aware I am currently in Iraq and I have very limited and spotty TV coverage so I won't be able to cover all the shows at first, hopefully in the future I'll be able to cover all reality TV game shows. I would love to learn to create content people want to follow so that I could monetize this and do it full time. For the time being, I will only be covering Big Brother full time.
